Parking
There are multiple pay-per-space parking options around the building ranging from $1/hr to $10/day. A parking map will be provided at booking.
Sound
The studio windows faces the street. While some road noise may be present, the building is not in a busy area.
Restrooms
Full public bathrooms are available outside of the studio by the elevators.
Entry
Unique codes to the building and suite will be provided at booking. The suite is in the fourth floor and an elevator is available for use.
Lighting
The venue has an abundance of natural light flooding the space through five 10-foot windows.
Internet
Free high-speed internet is available. Details are available in the entrance of the studio.

Prohibited Items & Activities
The following items and activities are NOT allowed at this studio for the safety of our guests and property.
Arrival and Departures
Clients may arrive up to 10 minutes before their scheduled start time. Please clean up and exit the studio promptly at the end of your booking. After your booking, you will have another 10-minute window to complete the Checkout Process.
A $10 per minute late fee will be charged to the card on file for any time spent in the studio beyond the 10-minute checkout window.
Respect for Others
Knocking on other studio doors is prohibited as it may disrupt sessions and violates guest privacy. Be mindful of other guests by maintaining a respectful noise level and avoiding loud music. Your booking only reserves the studio space and you are not allowed to use any other part of the building during your visit, as the studio is located inside a commercial building.
Studio and Equipment
To ensure the safety and longevity of our studio equipment and furniture, please adhere to the following rules. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in fines or charges for damages. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and high-quality studio environment.
- Do not stand on furniture. This can cause damage or pose a safety risk.
- Lift furniture when moving it; do not drag it across the floor to avoid scratches and damage.
- Handle all props and equipment with care to prevent breakage or malfunction
- Do not pull on paper backdrops. Use the provided remote control to lower or raise backdrops safely.
- Return all equipment and props to their original location after use.
- Report any damaged equipment or furniture immediately to avoid additional charges.
Rule Violations
The studio is monitored at all times by security cameras (see Security Camera Monitoring policy below for more information). If a rule violation is detected, a studio representative will contact you twice via the provided phone number. Failure to respond will result in an announcement over the studio’s speaker. Please keep your phone on and at an audible volume during your session.
Reschedules & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to our business and other clients. Refunds for cancellations are issued as credit only—we do not offer monetary refunds. Clients may reschedule their booking one (1) time. Once a booking has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for any refunds or credits if later canceled. Bookings made using credit or a coupon code are non-refundable and ineligible for any credit return.
Cancellation credits are based on the amount of notice provided before the scheduled booking.
Checkout Process
At the end of their booking, all guests are asked to complete the Checkout Process. This process is designed to ensure a consistent experience for all guests and does not require extraneous work. Guests have 10 minutes starting at the end of their booking to complete the Checkout Process. Not completing the process could result in a cleaning fee up to $500 depending on the severity.
The checkout steps are the following
- Return any furniture, props, and equipment to their original location.
- Roll up any backdrops you may have used and put the remote back on the wall.
- Throw away any trash and take any trash bigger than a water bottle with you.
- Report any damages you may have caused or experienced during your booking.
- Ensure you have all your belongings with you.
- Turn off the lights and close the door behind you as you leave.
- Submit the form to end your booking.
Security Cameras & Monitoring
Security cameras monitor all studio areas constantly for security and insurance purposes. Cameras are not installed in changing rooms or restrooms to protect client privacy. By using our studio, clients acknowledge and accept that cameras may monitor their sessions.
Option to Disable Cameras
We understand that some sessions may require additional privacy. For intimate sessions or client comfort, cameras can be turned toward the ceiling to disable video monitoring, though audio recording remains active.
To request this option, the client must provide proof of insurance covering potential damages and sign a liability waiver accepting full responsibility for any injury to guests and any damage to the studio, including furniture, props, equipment, and the building.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking at any point. You can reschedule once. Once you reschedule, you cannot reschedule again. Cancellations come with a credit refund depending on the amount of days notice you give:
- More than 7 days: 100% credit refund
- Between 1 and 7 days: 50% credit refund
- Same day: No refund
Once you reschedule a booking, you are no longer eligible to receive a credit refund in the case of a future cancellation on that booking.
Yes, if no one has booked the time after you, you are able to add more time. You can do this before your booking or while your booking is taking place by using the control panel by the door.
The Light Loft is approximately 1,100 square feet with 12-foot ceilings.
Yes, we offer limited tour appointments in between reservations. Contact us to schedule a walk-through if you’d like to see the space in person first.
Due to allergies and unexpected accidents, we currently do not open up our studio to pets by default. We can make exceptions with proof of insurance, but you must provide at least 2 days notice.
Yes, if the time slot is available. Same-day discounts may apply. You’ll get instant access as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Our system tracks entry/exit times. We have a 10 minute grace period to gather your belongings after your session. This time is not meant for you to continue your activities. If you go over time, we’ll attempt to automatically bill you for additional time. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions.
No. Membership benefits are non-transferable and tied to your user account. Sharing accounts will result in suspension.
Unfortunately, discounts must be applied during checkout. If you forgot, cancel and rebook if within the cancellation window.
Each booking can be rescheduled once. After that, additional changes aside from adding time are not permitted, and you forfeit your credit refund in the case of a cancellation
Yes. You must go through a brief tutorial on how to use the motorized backdrops to extend their longevity. If you do not complete the tutorial, the motors will remain off.
Absolutely. We just ask that you are mindful of the floors and don't drag the furniture in a rough way. Just put everything back how you found it before you leave. We provide a reset photo and will charge a restaging fee if left in disarray.
Cameras are monitored periodically to check for rule violations or unsafe/prohibited activities. Footage is kept for 30 days and reviewed if a rule is violated, a support request is made, or damage is reported.
Use the “Disable Cameras” option in your reservation page to submit a Privacy Request. Upload proof of insurance at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is solely up to our discretion and rejection may not come with an explanation.
Tampering with security systems is a violation of our terms and may result in cancellation without refund and a permanent ban.
Light snacks and drinks are fine, but keep them away from equipment and backdrops. Large meals or catering setups require prior approval.
No alcohol is allowed without prior written approval and appropriate insurance. Events involving alcohol must follow city and state guidelines.
